Is the 20% really recurring, or just the first payment?
Recurring. You earn 20% of every payment that account makes, every month, for as long as they stay a customer. If they're with us three years, you get paid for three years.
How does the second tier actually work?
Someone you referred refers someone else, and you earn 5% of what that account pays us — on top of your 20%. Their 20% isn't touched; your 5% comes out of our margin.
What's the consulting retainer, and how is it different?
Some clients don't just want the software — they want us running it for them, so we sell a done-for-you engagement on a monthly retainer. Those run $5,000 to $25,000 a month, and your 20% comes off the whole thing. One retainer client can pay you more than fifty software referrals.
Do I have to sell or support anything?
No. You make the introduction. Our team runs the call, the onboarding and the white-glove install. You're never doing demos and never doing support.
How do you know a referral came from me?
Your link tags them the moment they land, and the attribution is stored against their workspace permanently — not a cookie that expires in 30 days.
When and how do I get paid?
On the 1st of each month for the previous month, once the account has been a paying customer for 30 days. Your dashboard shows every referral, its tier, its status and what it's earning you.
Can I refer myself or my own second workspace?
No — self-referrals and duplicate workspaces don't qualify. Everything else is fair game.
Do I need to be a customer to be a partner?
No, though most of our best partners are. If you already run on Sales Momenta, the program is waiting inside the app under Refer & earn.
